These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and btjee ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the btjee website located at https://btjee.org, including all games, promotions, features, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to btjee and use of any of its services constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific games or promotions. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and btjee.

btjee reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use btjee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. btjee reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts that fail to meet these criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). btjee strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and while placing wagers.
• You must register using your own true identity. Creating accounts on behalf of others or using false information is strictly forbidden.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from btjee or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

btjee may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with btjee. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts. If you discover that you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact us immediately at [email protected] to resolve the situation.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. btjee will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify btjee immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and legal action:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that gives you an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Sharing your account with any third party, including family members or friends.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

btjee supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed securely through our partnered payment channels. btjee does not accept cash payments or anonymous transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

btjee currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions. btjee processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, typically within 24-72 hours under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6):

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible.
• btjee reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal threshold. Current thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

btjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to reward both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. General bonus conditions applicable across all btjee promotions are outlined below.

Players must comply with all bonus terms, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds, to qualify for withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion details.
• The standard wagering requirement (rollover) on welcome bonuses is clearly stated in the respective promotion. Players must complete the rollover before requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or violation of these Terms will be forfeited without notice.
• btjee reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting support. Opting out does not affect existing pending withdrawals or current wagering requirements already in progress.

Seasonal promotions tied to events like Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, ICC T20 World Cup, or Victory Day (December 16) are time-limited and subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all regions of Bangladesh are equally eligible for all promotions.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on btjee — including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any other product — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand all applicable rules before placing a wager.

btjee is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following standards are maintained across the platform:

• All electronic random number generator (RNG) games use certified, independently tested software to produce unpredictable and unbiased outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments with trained dealers and real-time monitoring to prevent irregularities.

• Any technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game will be investigated. btjee reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension & Termination

btjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any other btjee policy.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity including but not limited to money laundering, use of stolen payment details, or chargeback abuse.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons (i.e., not due to fraud or Terms violations), any remaining real-money balance in the account will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the btjee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of btjee or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The btjee name, brand mark, and logo are registered trademarks of the platform.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the btjee platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without express written permission from btjee. Unauthorized use of btjee's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btjee, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms.

btjee's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action and regardless of the form of the action shall not exceed the total amounts you have paid to btjee in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the claim. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

11. Amendments to These Terms

btjee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. For minor or clarifying changes, the updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of btjee following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support for account closure if required.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If direct negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. btjee is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
